Can I shorten the time of the popup window?

I find that it takes much time on the popup window, can i do something to shorten the time? or just skip the captcha like this. It normally will wait for 30 seconds.

    Well just skip it if you uncheck the box to finally ask the user for captcha input. The 30 sec however can not be changed.

    I have unchecked the option, but the windows still appear. How to solve this problem.  :-(

    Is it a captcha you get queried for or a text question?

    project options->if a form field can't be filled -> set it to Skip or better RANDOM.
