User accounts

edited December 2012 in Need Help
Sven,

What do you think about this as a way to manage user accounts. The idea would be to get rid of the random creation of username/passwords. Instead, bulk add real email accounts and randomize posting on those accounts.  Its better to distribute this across many email accounts.

A screen mockup would look something like this:

image

Set Main - Sets the main email account
Add User - Bulk adds users from file or clipboard CSV format. Default values for columns D,E,F,G are all set to No and 15
Delete - Delete user account from GSA. Not the actual email account.
Test - Test email account. Login and out to keep the account alive

Clicking on Username or Email provider column, sorts in ascending or descendnig order

This has potential...especially if you are wanting to build up some authorship credit on set user accounts.

One thing I've noticed is that several popular social media sites are starting to remove accounts that don't get accessed often and which have little to no posts. It is just as important to keep your links sticking as there is to create them - even your email accounts."Touching" them every once in a while reduces them from being removed.
