cannot update GSA
I also cannot get help from support so I am here.
It does not download.. it stops at 14% complete and says files corrupted.
I turned off AV programs. and tried difference locations to upload still no good and did not get anything from support after a few days. I would think simply sending the file to my email where I purchased it from would be a good start.
