Anchor Text Problem

I changed anchor text but then Verified list still stay with old anchor text .

Then i deleted old project, creat new one but Verified sill running with old anchor text.

why i am facing this issue.

Have a look that the verified URLs are actually build with the new project/settings and not just picked up by it as it found a present link before trying to post.
