Show remaining target URLs, How exactly does this work??

When i click the show remaining target URLs i assume that it will give me a figure of the URLs that are left to post to ?? 

It seems that the information is conflicting sometimes,

Sometimes it will tell me a few hundred but still continue posting way pass that,

Sometimes it will say 0 and still post 

and sometimes it will say something in the thousands 

Could someone explain how this works please PLUS, Does this function show you the remaining URLs within the verified if you have got the verified global setting checked for that project?

    There are two different situations:

    1) The project is not running: You will see all remaining URLs that the project will start posting to when turned on and parameters match (e.g. wait xyz minutes between posts).

    2) The project is running: You will just see the remaining URLs that the project will load next once it has finished posting to the loaded/found URLs it currently posting to.
