No Targets To Post To, Use Global List 50K Target URL's Left

It drives me nuts, I have 51556 targets left in my global list and i keep getting the no target messages.
Even on my kitchen sink links with lots of targets left i keep getting that message.

Is there some setting i have missed, cus i have done all i could find on the forum.

    I have to add that because i moved to a new sever i did a restore for all projects

    Would you mind sharing what was causing it? ;)

    It would be good to know if someone happens to have the same problem.

    Under options scroll down the search engines you will see this

    I selected the identified where my targets are and the messages seems to stay away
