verified rate low need help

I am use GSA SER CB spamvilla and scrapebox,  I currently have 5 million site in identified list  folder  but only 176xxx verified list, my lpm never reach 100 and vpm is low as well I think I am in need of help

do you have any idea of how many sites from those 5 million are still alive?
