Need suggestion for dedicated server

Hi, I will be running 100+ Projects on GSA with maximum threads, public proxy checking in Scrapebox and harvesting. My current VPS doesn't handle all that and various companies are offering different Dedicated plans.

Can someone advise me which one will give me the best performance without any bottleneck? NO budget constaits
