Why it start pinging after i stop the projects

When i stop the projects after a few seconds it will start to ping the links with ~70-100 threads. Why it doesn't ping in the same time with the link submission/verification because like this i lose time. I would prefer to use 900 threads for submission/verification and 100 for pinging than 1000 for submission/verification and after i stop the projects it will ping with 100 threads, I lose 900 threads like this.

    threads are always shared. Of course the queue for pings might go up if projects running and want to submit things.
