Gscraper cant query the info for this key

I bind the gscraper license to a vps 2 months ago and now i'm on different dedicated server. So i want to cancel last binding i go to options> reset license binding. I enter license and master key and hit cancel. Then it gives me error message "Gscraper cant query the info for this key, please try again later"

I don't know what is the cause of that please feedback
