Can we BAN a URL to be on our target URLs?

I have a problem with a well-known blogger here in Quebec, Canada.
The guy has a blog with OPEN comments so, of course, I scraped his site and posted to it a couple of times.

PROBLEM: He contacted my clients and did a good job of reputational damage to my business saying stuff
like I was just a spammer...bla-bla-bla.

Now, the guy works with all big medias (french and english) in the country so I'd like to AVOID posting to his
site but I don't know how to clean my list or STOP GSA from posting to it.

Anyone knows how to do this?

    In the project options you can add the URL to the "skip sites with the following words in URL/Domain" or you can add it to the global options > filter tab.
