Don't Skip Sock Error Connection Refused

This usually means the proxy/connection has to many simultaneous connections. 
It would suck to loose a good link because of this.

This very important when I am parsing a newly scraped list from Gscraper.

    Lmao,  losing a good link, this issue has been happening for a little over a month now. your just now noticing it cause he changed the status, used to just say download failed.

    I know it was happening before lol.

    Download failed could have meant 2 things:
    dead link
    bad proxy/internet connection

    Sock Error Connection Refused I believe means the proxy couldn't even get to try to download the link.
