Email verification problem

I made a campaign and it is active. Project -> Set status -> Active (The first option ticked) .
I set a project and add a hotmail. The mail is configured successfully and i use the "Test" option to test it
The problem, when i run project , gsa doesn't verify my mails.(that's why i am getting low LPM) . So i need to stop gsa and then go to Project -> Set status -> Active (verify email only) . then i click start to verify mail. and the mail got verified. but this is very annoying and it seems manual verification. Along with, i got too low success rate and i see login failed a lot of time
so, how can i configuration gsa so that i verify mail at the middle of submission and without manual action
