Quick Create Tier For Project

Currently it is very slow to create Tiers in SER.

Can you add an option "Create Tier For Project"  in this menu:

It will duplicate the original project as a tier for it.

Bonus points if you could make this work in bulk. Eg: Select 10 projects, creates 1 tier for each project :)

    But whats the point doing that? ou still should change the content and engines and filter.

    Duplicating 'n' times and this quick tier option came in my dreams yesterday

    I can edit engines in bulk.
    I had to create 30 tiers yesterday. Doing the manual way, duplicate project,connect dup project with original project.
    It takes alot of time...and I have to do 60+ more at least.

    Next version allows you to quickly add tiers.
