How to Rank a Video Post Panda 4?

Hi ,
I used to use Gsa very much in mid 2013 and had very pleasent experience with it,videos usually rank pretty easily!!

Now i'am very confused ,my videos are not ranking neither any of view exchange service is doing any good .

I would like to know what setup is people using for T1 ,T2's and are they using any other tool or manually doing T1's ,if yes ,which ones(tool and websites)?



Any recommendation on view buying service too?

I have the same problem with new video's, they are not ranking at all anymore. 

I will be testing tiered linking with good quality content instead of smashing it with links like the old days
