Problem with duplicating project and sorting tiered projects.

Hello. The first problem is that when i duplicate my tiered project the duplicated one gets messed up. Screenshots:

I checked it out and it seems that the tier structure is okay, but still it seems odd.
The second problem is more of a question than a problem. The first screenshot is a template that I created based on this one: http://scr.hu/8kk/hie79 . But as you can see it's not looking the same.  Secondary links to money site project is not in the right place. How can I change it to look the same? I want it to look the same because we can't duplicate groups and I'm too lazy to duplicate the secondary links project all the time.  I hope that I didn't confuse you with my thinking. 

As I already opened a thread I would like to ask you some more questions.
I read about setting a project and many of you guys said that it's better to keep submission per day than verified per day, but what about if I'm running my tier 1 along with tier 2 and tier 3.  The tier 2 submission will be build to all submitted but not yet verified backlinks from tier 1 and it wouldn't be good. Right? Thanks.

    The different look is just because of the names. You have to rename the projects and the sorting would be as before.

    That'll be right. I didn't think of that. Thanks sven. To make another project of that template I should make a backup of the group and then restore and rename it, right?
