Need Help About "Allow post on same site again"

When I do a blog comment project. Surely I have removed duplicate url. But does SER have the ability to only comment on each blog post once? Or how can i set how many times comment on same blog post page? I see in "scheduled posting" option, i can set amount, and can set comment to same site again. But which i'm puzzled is "Allow post on same site again" based on DOMAIN or on URL? If i uncheck "Allow post on same site again", other url on same domain all will be skiped? Or if I check "Allow post on same site again" SER will keep comment on same blog post url again and again?

    This scheduled posting option is for articles not for comments. SER just don't spam the same link as comment sorry.

    Thanks your reply. Of cause i don't want comment on same post again. But i want to comment on other post within the same domain like:

    exdomain.com/post1.html
    exdomain.com/post2.html
    exdomain.com/post3.html

    SER will do this default?
    Should or should't i check "Allow post on same site again"?
