About mass spam

I would like to know if I should use private proxies for posting when I'm using a scraped list of links..

Or should I use public proxies since it's a big list with a lot of projects..

What do you guys recommend ?

Obviously it should be private proxies.Public proxies are just pain on ass.

I know that private proxies are way better but won't they get banned really quickly?
