I am not quite sure what are they collecting, but i am sure its not good for us, and adding some things in engines.ini will keep overtwriting with new updates.

I am not quite sure if thats only myhem.es domain - if yes that can be easy blacklisted, but i am not sure.

    You can add them to the "skip domains where the following words appear" or big options button > filter tab.
