Reuse Accounts

I try to use reuse accounts by import from other project but it not work. I use zendesk and drupal.

I see it if i want to post it will new register.

I want to know what engine that i can reuse account.

and how do you import accounts?

I import by 

edit project->tool->import->account data->from other project

and i try to import by txt format domain:user:pass

It still new register

domain? It should be the URL with http:// in front. And don't forget to answer YES when it asks to import that as target urls.

yes i use it and i say yes
