Submissions Show Day In Advance - No Verifies

Greetings All,

Seeing something strange in two recent projects that are 5-tier. Tier 1 submits and verifies links fine however tier 2 submits 20 and stops completely even though it's set to submit 20 per day. Looking at the links that were "submitted", it always shows a date on them a day ahead of what the system clock shows. Since tier 2 never verifies anything the remaining tiers never go into action. All the other projects run fine and all the settings are consistent from what I can tell (all the projects built with same settings). 

Just curious if anyone else has ever encountered this?

    If you right click on the project > show URLS > submissions, you'll see it says Date (Timeout). This is the date when the URL's will time out and SER will stop checking to see if your link is live on that page. When SER submits certain links, it continues to check them for a few days to see if your link ever goes live, if it doesn't by the timeout date, they get removed.
