.uk domains - opportunity?

Anyone from the UK or who has .co.uk domains, are you planning to transfer it over to the new .uk domain? Anyone actually know how it's done?  I suspect greedy ££Nominet££ will want some money, I can't seem to find out how.  Seems to be domain-wide forwarding/301 though once set up, eg:

http://www.stephenfry.com

If that's the case, this could be a new opportunity for us to 'reset' previous Google updates, no?  Wondered how you are going to approach it, I think a lot of people are going to stay with the .co.uk.

    My domains are with namecheap now, they said they would reserve my .uk equivalents in a mass mailout and nope, I wont be bothering.

    AFAIK you already have a right of registration for the .uk if you own the .co.uk.
