Proxy public verified lists service?

I was looking for some proxy public verified list service, but it seem i cant find any.

I think there was someone that was adding and testing proxies and add them to a list then sell that list in a monthly fee base.

Anyone know about some service like this?

I have 24 private proxies but i am looking to not spend resources with my gsa searching and testing public proxies.
