Many Failed [Article ExpressEngine]

Hi, I have >10k list article expressengine platform but only <100 verified. Log message like this: "unknown registration status" "submission failed". I still remember a year ago there's no big problem while making submission with expressengine. Please help

Give me a good sample of sites to look through and I'll try narrowing down the problem and correcting it if there is any.
