Got "captcha not solvable by service" - what does it mean?

I got this error when testing new CS definitions downloaded from this forum ( PHPbookmark - http://www.bookmark4you.com/register). I dont get it - the captcha was not even sent to CS. What am i doing wrong?

    It surely was sent, but CS might not have seen it (crashed or not working properly).

    OK captcha was probably sent, but it has has not appeared in CS window at all (tried that several time). When i look at PHPbookmark in CS (in the captcha image window), i see the text "Type u137 (100%) with yellow background - what does it mean? I see this yellow background with a few other user defined definitions...
