Threads Stuck - Memory / CPU Overload

Hi all, hoping somebody can help. When running GSA SER, there appears to be threads getting stuck somewhere.

Everything has been stopped, yet a few threads remain active until the memory caps out + CPU gets overloaded.

Any thoughts to help me troubleshoot where the problem is? I can take screenshots of settings if that helps.
