Verified URL - Not Able to See My Post?

Checking in on my campaign projects, I noticed that when I click on the verified urls I don't see my posting.  I do have my projects set to not post a link on first submission.  On the same project, I see a lot of verifications unsuccessful.  Where should I start looking?
