My GSA Projects are stopping automatically !

These days my LPM was between 0.30-0.50 I don't know what is happening I've changed my proxies and LPM was the same.
Now when I start my two projects they are stopping automatically.
What is happening ?

    In the status bar you see "P: 0" which means no working proxies. I guess you enable dthe option to stop projects on no working proxies.
