Just throw a few accounts in there. If you're using scheduled posting and making x amount of accounts per site, then you would need to have at least that amount of email accounts in there, unless you're using a spun catchall of course
I usually use between 3 and 5 per project, unless I'm posting to the same sites using multiple accounts like S4nt0s said.
Also check the box 'time to wait between two logins', this stops them getting banned - I set this quite high myself since my campaigns run for so long anyway - but see what works best for you.
