Decaptcher Triple the Price When Using GSA SER?

SER says it's $6 per 1000 but Decaptcher says the cost is $2 per 1000. Why are we paying triple? Does that extra money just go to @Sven?

    Ya It's an old deal between Decap and GSA and if you want to use decaptcher without paying extra you can set decaptcher in CB because I believe it only works that with in SER.
