Turn off writing to list on specified projects?

I'm in situation now when I have scraping and moneysites' projects on the same setup. 

Thing is, since Im working with site lists, while I want to fill Verifieds for scraping projects, I don't want fill it to others. If I fill Verified for all of them, and dedupe, then some of the unwanted links from blog comments and other such engines wiil make it into site list in large amounts. I would not want to remove all duplicated domains except one copy for those engines though...

Any ideas how to do it the right way?

There is a "don't add" button. I'm pretty sure that does what you're asking.
