Proxy Goblin integration

Since I see that SER runs faster when you offload the link finding to gscraper/scrapebox, I figure it might also run faster if I offload the proxy finding to proxygoblin.  Do you agree?

But I can't test this assumption, because when I click Add > Single in the Proxy Finder form, it asks for a URL so I give it a dummy value, then I select the Parse File radio button and select the file, but then I get 6 empty ticked boxes at the top of the list on the left, all with no values on the right hand side.  Looks like a bug to me.

    Furthermore, the 6 empty entries at the top of the list come right back after I delete them.

    I just found the "edit providers by hand" and was able to delete the non-working providers.  the reason there were 6 is probably because i had 6 failed attempts.  but it's still a bug.
