Can't Load .SER files

I have not been able to install .ser files
I have included a video of the error I get.

    click on Send Bugreport and make a not to this thread.

    Sven,
    I sent the bug report as you suggested.
    They may have made a change to fix it but now when I try to load a .ser template I don't get the error I did before and the option to send a bug report, I get a new error message that says "stream read error"
    So I still can't load a .ser and I am not getting the option to send a report.
    any ideas?

    this usually happens as the file is in some way corrupt. Try renaming it to *.zip and open it with a packer like winrar. There you might be able to fix it.
