Blacklist , strange size for stopforumspam

Hi,
http://www.stopforumspam.com/contributors  is reported as 87b in my balcklist.
It is obviously not the case. that could be some clocking based on useragent or else.

Anyone know what useragent is used to query that list ?
Is that list check for submission OR identification ?
