Copy and paste a whole project to the new project

I have for example 50 web 2.0 websites, that I need to blast in the same time using the same project settings and spun content (only URL differs)
Now I have to manually set every new project, copy & paste all content 50 times, make the same settings 50 times and it's really too much hassle.
That would be good if there would be an option to copy existing project and paste it to new project.

Or maybe I missed something?

duplicate the project and exchange urls. or go to the project folder and duplicate the *.prj file and change it with some external tools.
