Which URL would I build backlinks to ?

If I'm trying to rank a Facebook fan page in say France which URL would I build back links to ? the regular https://facebook.com/xxfanpagexx  or   https://fr-fr.facebook.com/xxfanpagexx     ?

    I'm from Bulgaria, and when I search for Bulgarian facebook pages in Google the url ends up like your second one: https://bg-bg.facebook.com/xxfanpagexx 

    You can search for some facebook pages on the language you want to rank and see what happends in Google :)

    This seems like the best possible thing you can do, and base your decision upon :)
