1.A number of contextual depends on daily system performances. You can read how our system works on our blog as well. Let's say in an hour if there were 30K contextual next hour, it may be 2K contextual or more.
System scrape - go through SER - sort according to filters (MOZ - OBL - Only CB )- again go through live checkers and sync to master server. So if URL dead / over OBL , it automatically removes. This is good for long term link builders.
2. If live check detects it removes from the system.
3. We have got low obl folder if a target identifies over 75 OBL it automatically removes from the system.
4. I am not very clear with the 4th question. But I hope it's answered in our blog posts or sales page.
5. We do have helpdesk / email support and online support at office open hours. (please refer contact page ) (service related issues only )
6. I am not sure this question as well. However, we do release web 2.0 as a bonus but not for GSA SER since SER is not maintaining 2.0 engines. (unless use SER engines beta) But still you can use if you use GSA SER scripts
