Can someone explain this option

it is below use urls from global sites in OPTIONS

    Imaging you come to a Blog Comment URL and post your comment there leaving an URL. When it is auto approved, you can see probably a lot other people posting there. Those left URLs are sometimes not pointing to money sites but other Tiers that could be used as new targets for your campaign.

    Now thats what SER does, it extracts all other external URLs from that site in the hope they are engines SER can post to.
