Best Practices for scraping.

I fear that I am far removed from best practices for scraping.

  1. Keywords are the starting point for scraping.  Any advice for using on matching or just many low quality links?
    1. Keywords are not, AFAIK used for anchor substitution in GSA.
  2. Does the global store of scraped sites remember topic/subject?
