deleting old campaigns

Hi guys just wanted to know, Obviously i cant run the same campaign for ever due to article spins dont stay unique for ever. Can i delete these used campaigns or do i need to save them incase i ever need to delete the links due to google update for example, ie i would need to log in to the email of the url thsat my link is on?????thanks HELP
