How to disable searching for lists

Hello, I bought two lists for GSA SER, imported them to identified dierectory and deduped. I got various lists - 400k sources total. Then I use tool Clean-Up (check and remove none working). After about 24h my 400k lists became 4 milion lists with total junk. Is it possible to disable list searching? I want to use lists which i but only.

The issue with purchased lists - especially older ones or ones you got second-hand - is that many targets are dead.

We personally recommend that you take a list like that, and import it into a lower tier project where you have all platforms checked, and just let SER try to post to those targets. All the good targets will post to "verified", and then you can mark all your other projects to use the verified site list. That way you are not having all your projects trying to use junk at the same time. Just let one project process the junk, and let the other projects only use the diamonds that are found.
