Are there any good vendors out there? 
The talk on the web is that the vendor provided 66USD a month service is overpriced for what you get.
Are there any other recommended alternatives?

Doesnt seem to be much on the web covering this topic

    On my end, what I do is that I scrape for public proxies with Scrapebox.
    Scrapebox is a one time fee and there are many usefull addons to compliment our scrapings.
