translate unicode characters on URL/URI on crawling site

it would be great if the the URL characters are decoded to their real characters 

for example from this page 

http://www.javascripter.net/faq/greekletters.htm

the character 

Γ

is presented in the URL crawled as 

%CE%93

it would be great to have it display as the actual character

it would be nice to at least have an option to get the characters decoded when needed

at the time of crawling or after they are in the list

the best way is to do it automatically right when crawling is done

and this behaviour can be enabled/disabled from the settings if you think 

it might confict with something else

ahh crawl online you mean...yes ok. Though the URL in html should always encoded.
