To all who have been waiting for a reply or support answer:
I am sorry, our office was cut from Internet and I was unable to answer any emails or forum questions since Friday evening. It is working again now and I will probably still need the whole day to answer all. Blame our Internet service provider O2 who thought it's a good idea to change our password without letting us know.
