Error in downloading spambog.com emails

I got important messages on all projects where i used spambog or associated free emails like discardmail, e-postkasten.de, etc..

This is the message i got:
Error downloading [email] content - http://www.spambog.com/rss/en/[email]

P.S i just used [email] instead of the original email address

Looks like their system is overloaded: http://spambog.com/
I'd try a more reliable mail provider like Yahoo
