Static url sites in a campaign

Now i know i can just test and see, but im sure others already know the answer, and my copy is busy atm.

If a campain is setup with static url targets (from the web2.0 section) will it just make a single post/profile, or continue to add posts?

I presumed the former, but someone in another thread seemed to suggest it would keep adding blogs on xfire 'about 1 per hour'.

If it does add posts, how is the rate etc determinded, and does it use the same login details, in which case it changes the profile every time as well?

it will make a single post only as usually you are limited to an account by one email address. and links are put into profile links or alike.
