Avoid posting on the same domain twice

Hi,
I'm wondering about the avoid posting on the same domain twice option.
In case have 10 different URLs in 1 campaign and this option checked.

Does this mean it will only post 1 link per domain for this whole campaign.
Or
Does this mean it will post 1 link for every URL I have this campaign.

    In addition to that question, if I may ask, if I uncheck that option and allow GSA SER to post to SAME url multiply times, is it going to make new login for each or not?

    Well I can also answer myself, how it's going to make new login if I have only one email, if I use catchall that would be different story then...
