LPM tool bar, etc?

Why does this disappear, the LPM and the other info on the bottom toolbar.  Sometimes the status bar is gone, and sometimes I see it just fine.

Sometimes the data shows on the lPM and submissions, etc, and sometimes it doesn't.

hmm no idea...are you sure the program is actually maximized and not the rest is just behind the windows bar?
