when doing tier 2s - (throwing spam at web2.0s)

I have seen this done several ways.

some people have multiple email accounts setup

some people just use 1--because otherwise you keep creating the same link at the same platform, how i heard it.

what do you guys recommend?

Spam = multiple posting to same website so you need multiple email accounts.
