High Captcha usage. What to change?
1)
On a project I have "Ask all service/user to fill in captchas" unchecked. I get an important message that DBC is out of funds? I'm not sure what I've done wrong

Is the captcha service that is at the top in the captcha options the one that is used first? I also have the problem when I select "Ask 1st service/user to fill in captchas". If I have the first service say as captcha sniper, I still get an important message about DBC being out of funds.
Maybe I need to stop GSA and restart it?

1) Can't reproduce this. When having this unchecked, it should not ask for any captcha (service or in gui). Maybe you changed it in project while it was running? It might take some time till a project reloads its settings.
2) The first one checked in the captcha services list is the 1st captcha service, the 2nd is the one checked next.
